A great universal Buttonholer, I believe it is complete with all its parts and instructions, made by Greist Mfg in the fabulous Fifties in New Haven. Lightly used and clearly taken good care of, clean and complete. A top quality made in USA attachment.
Box has tape and some tears on top of box.
I do not know if it works as I have no way to test it. Buying as is.
