This listing is for a gorgeous, skillfully painted decorative platter or shallow bowl by the renown California artist Suzanne Sloan Lewis. Love the sweet motif of an interior complete with a grand piano and large plant. The painterly application of cobalt oxide is done softly and elegantly. The platter/bowl measures roughly 9" in diameter. The foot is done in a way that would allow this piece to be displayed on a wall. The piece is in good condition with no issues to mention. Per research, Suzanne Lewis no longer produces ceramic work, but she still is active as a painter.
