This awesome Y2K-era Sanrio Smiles tote bag features the character Pochacco. The bag has one large main compartment and a small outer side zip pocket. There are also two transparent plastic zip pockets in the front with colorful Pochacco designs. There are two wheels on the bottom so it can be rolled. It can also be carried with the two top handles. A shoulder strap is not included. The bag measures about 22 x 10 x 12 inches. Vintage item in good, clean condition with light wear and scuffs on the plastic and around the edges, and no major flaws to note.
