21 with no stains. 12 with light stains. 3 with heavy stains. I haven't tried working on any of them, sunning might get some out/lighten them up. About 2/3 will need elastics replaced.
Can ship directly to "The Diaper Repair Lady" that will replace the elastics for $4.50 each for you. And then she will ship them to you. Or I can ship to you and you can replace them yourself or find someone to replace them for you.
