Vintage 1950’s Tyrolean NY lucite tortoise striped box purse encased in decorative metal. Marked “Tyrolean NY”. There are two heights, 3” and 4”, due to the elevated lid opening. Length is approx 7.5” and width is 4”. Excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or scratches. Very slight surface markings, too small to pick up in photos. Metal has held its overall gold/brass color and still reflects light. An iconic reminder and representation of the mid-century 1950’s glamour era. Inquiries welcomed.
