Brand new My Melody x Kuromi cool muffler. I cannot even describe it as cute, to me- its SO pretty! You don’t have to use it, you can just hang it on your wall :)
I believe the way this type of towel is used is that you dip it in cold water, wring it and you can wear it around your neck to cool down. I’ve also seen this type come in a bottle that you can add cold water to and then take it out when the heat gets to be too much. Great for outdoor activities like a marathon, hiking, gardening, beach volleyball etc.
