2002 Famitsu Cube + Advance Super Mario Advance 3 Yoshi's Island Guide Appendix

For sale is a official Super Mario Advance 3 Yoshi's Island miniature guide book. This book is very rare, it was a limited special appendix a 2002 issue of "Famitsu Cube + Advance" magazine in Japan. I took pictures of a few of the pages for examples, but there are more pages than what is pictured.

Book is in great condition for it's age, but does have notable signs of wear. Please refer to pictures to assess edge wear, small tears on the cover, corner dings, surface grime, or page creases. There is no writing or notable wear on any of the inner pages, but some pages may have minor creases/corner folds.

This item was sealed in a clear polybag after I finished picturing it, to ensure it doesn't get any further shelf wear or dust while in my ownership.
