Josef Originals CHINA GIRL Rare Early From INTERNATIONAL MISS Series HAIR PINS

Such a delicate little figurine. This darling girl has black hair drawn back into a low bun. On either side of her bun are gold hair pins with round ends. Her face is painted very well with light blush, black, slightly slanted eyes with long lashes, delicate black eyebrows, a button nose, and a small red mouth. She wears a long teal robe that has a wide, white edge around the neck, down both sides of the front, around the hem, and around the edge of the long sleeve cuffs. On this white trim are tiny little red and gold dots and black scroll lines. She holds one hand in mid-air to one side. The other hand holds an open black fan to her breast. The fan has raised white flowers with red centers, gold dots and a gold outline. The figurine is incised with "Josef Originals" on the bottom and comes with the “Josef Originals side sticker. I believe this is an older version of China from the International Series, with the real hair pins attached. Such a lovely piece
