This is a very nice vintage brooch pendant. It can be worn either way. I believe this may be black onyx with carved mother of pearl. There are also marcasite accent stones around the perimeter which give it lots of sparkle and shine. The brooch is in very good vintage used condition. All of the marcasites are intact. There are some scratches and dings from normal wear but the clasp works as it should and everything is in good condition. The brooch measures 0.90" x 1.35". The total weight is 7 grams. There is a very faint 925 mark and another mark as well but I can't make it out. (Bin#MSP4)
