Vintage doll carriage / pram with a small plastic baby doll included. The carriage appears to be older and may date from the early-to-mid 20th century, but I cannot verify its exact age.
Carriage is made with wood and metal construction, with fabric hood and spoke wheels. The included baby doll is hard plastic and likely a later addition.
