A vintage oil on board painting showing a white tiger in a landscape setting featuring a waterfall as painted and signed by H. Carlton (20th century). Carlton is a listed artist who appears to have painted many works depicting animals such as lions, rhinos, and other wild species. Research shows that he also painted landscapes. This is a very nice framed example of his work and honestly, I ofter see paintings of lions and tigers but rarely a white tiger. This is an oil on board measuring about 8” x 10” and framed in a very nice wood frame painted in a silver huge and measuring 13.5” x 15”. The painting is in very good plus condition and is ready to hang. I am a collector of original works and I enjoy finding nice pieces to offer to others who enjoy original art and fine prints.
