This is one of the nicest “Princess Mera” Costumes I have seen! I do not believe it has ever been worn. I ordered this custom made from overseas for over $300 last year for my wife. Unfortunately, she had recently had bariatric surgery and it did not fit her by the time it arrived. It is very unique, as it has the boots attached. I believe they are size 8, but they are molded based on a measurement of the length of the foot and not an actual size when made. Wife said they are “snug” and she is an 8. They can probably be stretched out if necessary and as a last resort removed from the suit and then regular shoes or boots could be worn
