This Habanero "soulful sauce" is a little bit hot, a little bit smoky and a lot delicious. Made with the finest ingredients including dark brown sugar, wine vinegar, tomato paste, real habanero peppers and spices, this sauce is inspired by Chef Walter Brooks' Caribbean heritage. Add some fruity island warmth to barbecued ribs or smoked pork chops, sprinkle into a pot of chili or use it to toss meatballs (meat or plant-based!) and top with fresh herbs for an irresistible appetizer.
