They provide fresh, filtered water by also reducing select pharmaceuticals including ibuprofen, atenolol, and trimethoprim. Additionally, most Culligan filters reduce the presence of illness-causing, waterborne parasites, like Giardia and Cryptosporidium, helping you stay healthy when you hydrate. Culligan filters have an activated carbon cartridge that absorbs the carbon-based VOCs (volatile organic compounds) as they pass through the filter, resulting in better water. Culligan filters provide a compatible refrigerator fit that’s easy to install and replace every 6 months.
