True Stories is the seventh album from Talking Heads, originally released in 1986 and included songs written and recorded for the film of the same title which was David Byrne's directorial debut for a major motion picture. The songs are written to be more melodic rock/pop rather than the genre blending that Talking Heads' was originally known for. This 'Rocktober' transparent red vinyl edition is the first repress since the album's original release.
