| The Larson Electronics IND-LWC-20T-240K-80G-3P-480V-WC-M1 Portable Water Cooler offers efficient cooling and portability in production facilities and industrial sites. This 240,000 BTU/Hr unit operates on three-phase 480V AC and features a 3HP pump. Equipped with a digital temperature controller, fluid connections are facilitated by 2" MNPT inlet/outlets. All system components are mounted to a portable cart with four casters for mobility in busy work areas. The IND-LWC-20T-240K-80G-3P-480V-WC-M1 is a powerful chiller for food processing, agriculture and commercial operations. This 3HP unit features 240,000 BTU/Hr capacity and a tandem hermetic scroll compressor. Three fans offering 12,000 CFM are accessible inside the chiller. This system is equipped with a 3HP pump, which provides 95 GPM @ 30 PSI, and an 80-gallon stainless steel tank with lid. Operators may use a digital temperature controller with constant LED read out and self-diagnostics for settings. The 48-amp glycol chiller has sight glass/moisture indicators, balanced port expansion valves, filter driers, service valves, fan cycling head pressure controls and fill/drain ports. The frame and cabinet of this system is made out of powder coated steel. This unit is equipped with a stainless steel, copper brazed evaporator and condenser coils constructed of copper tube with aluminum fin. Safety features include: high/low pressure safety, low water flow safety with auto reset, as well as thermal and short circuit protection for pump motors, compressors and fan motors. Voltage: The IND-LWC-20T-240K-80G-3P-480V-WC-M1 operates on three-phase 480V AC, 60Hz. Hubs: Operators may access 2" MNPT inlet and outlet openings for fluid connections. Mounting: The industrial chiller has a mobile base with four, 5" phenolic casters (two swivel and two locking) with ball bearings and grease fittings.
