The HAL-JH2X400-120 Hazardous Location Metal Halide Fixture from Larson Electronics is a versatile lighting solution for Class I, Division 2 rated facilities. Consisting of two HID lamps and 100' of 16/3 SOOW line-in cord with an explosion proof cord cap, the unit produces 87,800 total lumens. This metal halide lighting system carries NEMA 4X and IP66 waterproof ratings, making it suitable for use in wet locations.
The HAL-JH2X400-120 offers powerful illumination in Class I, Division 2 rated work sites and hazardous locations where ladders, scaffolding and railings provide opportunities for mounting. This HID lighting system consists of two, 400-watt metal halide lamps and provides 87,800 total lumens during use (at 43,900 lumens per lamp). Voltage options for this 800-watt model includes: 120V, 208V or 240V. The metal halide lamps produce powerful light output in a wide flood pattern.
To ensure durability, the housing is weatherproof and constructed of copper-free cast aluminum featuring a hinged, removable front-access door with two captive closure screws for easy servicing. The optical assembly includes heat/impact-resistant tempered flat door glass with a cast aluminum frame. All hardware on this IP66 rated unit is non-sparking/corrosion resistant and the exterior features a dark bronze, polyester powder paint finish. The lamps are suitable for use in areas where flammable petrochemical vapors are sometimes present.
