Frank Tortolani founded a dynasty of jewelers, after coming to America in 1923 from Italy. High quality metal used was his signature, plated pewter and polished. His jewelry was in demand by well known celebrities such as Frank Sinatra; John Wayne; Bob Hope and Jerry Lewis. In the 1960s Frank created a line of compacts for Max Factor. Frank passed away in 1997 at the age of 90 and his jewelry is highly sought after in the collector world.
