Through countless tests and prototypes, we settled on 3 main features to build Rhino 2.0: size, materials, and heat treatment. For size we made the CV cups, cage, and spider as large as possible. That means more strength and higher operational angles. For materials we used 4340 chromoly steel for the full CV joints and axle shaft to give for maximum strength. Rhino 2.0 axles are perfectly built and will stand up to any mud hole, bounty hill, or rock garden you ride through.
