This is an incredible Royal Doulton bunnykins "Grandpa's Story" Figurine. It was first introduced in 1975 and retired in 1983. Item number is DB14. It's from the Family series. It was designed by Walter Hayward. This piece is about Bunnykins grandpa who is brown and is wearing a burgundy jacket with grey stripped pants. He is also wearing burgundy color shoes. He is sitting on a yellow with blue stool and has his legs crossed. He's holding an opened book, and it looks as if he's reading a story to his family. The features of the piece are amazing and detailed. The colors are vibrant and beautiful. It measures 4". The underside is marked with the Royal Doulton printed back stamp of the period and lot. No original box or paperwork. Last known original price is $325.00.
