This is a unique piece, as it features a sheath with a filigree-like design, where its dagger fits snuggly right inside; the two are connected with a thin chain
When the dagger is in its sheath, it measures just a bit over 1 5/8" from top to bottom
When apart, the little chain fully extended measures about 1"
The little loop is marked "750" as well as some other marks/hallmarks which we cannot identify
This piece weighs 6.2 grams
Wow, this is an amazing piece! Lovely filigree-like design on the sheath, which the dagger fits into nicely. Some spotting/patina/marks on the dagger, both sides, and it appears there's a little bit of a rough spot on the edge of the dagger that shows a very slight indent when viewing under a loupe. There is a mark/hallmark on the little loop along the side that holds the jumper loop, which we cannot read nor identify, so we'll leave it up to you, the experts.
