Condition: Very good. This was homemade and as such, isn't perfect. Button holes are a little imperfect but buttons up fine. Found two spots and there's some signs of dirt on one cuff and a little bit throughout, so needs cleaning, see the two photos showing these spots and the dirt. I did not attempt to dry-clean it, so not sure if spots will come out, though they look like they should.
Measurements (approximate and taken with item lying flat):
Pit to pit: 20" (column shape so 19.25" across in the mid-section and 20" at the hem)
Sleeve: 19“ from shoulder seam, 26" from base of collar
Length from collar at nape of neck to bottom hem: 40“
