This is a vintage Art Deco "Greta" vase made by the German company Auguste Walther & Söhne in the 1930s. It is a pressed glass vase with a distinctive flared, scalloped top and a tiered, geometric base. It has a blue glass flower frog that fits perfectly inside the vase This particular style of vase is featured in the company's 1936 product catalogue. The vase is made of pressed glass and features a stepped base with a frosted finish. These vases are considered collectible items from the Art Deco period. This is a unique antique glass vase because of the flower frog that is in it. I bought it with the insert but I can’t find any listed that have one. It seems to fit the vase perfectly so I’m sure it is original to the vase. It’s one of my collection of glass vases that I just have no place for now since moving to a smaller house
