Offered here is an authentic 1964 Straight-Leg Skipper #950 with the scarce Black Cherry two-tone hair, a stunning variation that shifts from deep brunette to cherry-red highlights in the light. Her blue eyes and pink lips are vivid, with no freckles. Marked “Skipper ©1963 Mattel, Inc.” on body and “Japan” on foot.
She wears the hard-to-find Budding Beauty #1731 (1970) outfit: fuchsia organdy dress with sheer sleeves, floral bodice, lime ribbon waistband, and original Skipper tag. Includes original white flats; only the sleeve elastic shows age wear.
