WWI Women's Homefront Work Jumpsuit Coveralls And Hat EXTREMELY RARE

This is an EXTREMELY RARE WWI women's homefront work coveralls jumpsuit. These were worn by women in factories across the country making supplies and equipment for the war effort. Included is also her homefront cap to show support for the troops, with a commemorative ribbon stitched in. Overall good consider for its age with some light staining throughout, and it appears that the buttons have mostly all been either period replaced or a random assortment was used when it was made. The hat is in excellent shape! Also includes a handkerchief/towel and stockings that i believe to be period, found inside the pocket. These uniforms and hats are nearly impossible to find in any condition, making this a particularly excellent example that would make a great addition to any collection!


This is only one of a very small few to have survived the war, and realistically should be in a museum!
