Brand new and unused, but does not have any external packaging.
There are a couple of faint lines on the back of the padfolio (see last photo), which is how it arrived to me. You really don't notice it unless you're looking for it, and since it's on the back, you're unlikely to really see it. You are purchasing the item as it.
