Vintage 1977 to be exact. This is such a special item. This was mine as a baby! The woman who made it was an exceptionally gifted German woman. You can’t buy items like this anymore!
This was meticulously hand crocheted out of high quality yarn in 1977 so it is a wonderful find! It is in great vintage condition. It is showing some pilling which I’ll take a shaver to fix. The yarn they make now isn’t the same quality. This can be used for a girl or boy. Because this is luxury vintage it would make an exceptional gift too! It will come in a clothing gift box. I think the yarn is part cotton & part acrylic. It could be part wool also.
