Like all items that I come across I do have stories, but I won't bore you with this one haha! Long story short I know nothing about this. However I did some research to kinda help you all out. 4 lens and a flash with 7 extra pieces on the white paper. We have a Takumar A 2x Tele-Converter with case made in Japan. ProSpec Flash for Canon film cameras. I honestly think a u shaped piece is missing from that. Kiron Macro 28-70mm lens. Minolta Md 35-70mm lens. Macro 75-200mm.
