This is a vintage ladies’ dress watch from Waltham, produced in Switzerland 1963-1972 (post-1957 era, after the original American Waltham Watch Company ceased U.S. production and the brand transitioned to Swiss-made pieces under new ownership).    It’s a manual-wind mechanical timepiece powered by a reliable 17-jewel Swiss movement featuring Incabloc shock protection for the balance wheel to resist impacts.   
•Silver/champagne dial with applied baton markers, dauphine hands, and a distinctive red arrow-tipped seconds hand—a signature Waltham design element from this period (often called the “Red Arrow” series).
