This gorgeous jacket has been in cold storage for about 25 years. The fur collar can be strapped up for warmth or worn as a spread collar. The sleeves have embroidered cuffs and measure 25". The jacket is 23". My mother bought this piece in a luxury boutique in the early 90's. She only wore it a few times. The last photo shows a small rip near the shoulder that isn't even noticeable. This flaw is reflected in the asking price. It is hand washable.
