This is a new Flame King Scorch grill/broiler (retails at about 300 or about 320 with tax). The manual is also included.
Nothing has been cooked in it but I did test it to make sure it heats up. Only con about it is that it has a smell when heating up similar to a space heater.
It can get up to 850°C(1562°F) in around 5-10 minutes and can, as shown by the manual, cook most meats in under 10 minutes. It can even cook a 450g (~16 ounce) T-Bone steak well done in 8 minutes at maximum heat. It also has it’s own timer.
It is recommended you use this indoor, but it can be used outside IF weather conditions permit.
