Vintage girls Rich navy blue velvet dress size 3T, probably about knee length, long sleeve
Ivory lace neckline collar with light pink bow
Overall in good shape but does have some age spots that I have not tried to remove. A couple small spots where the velvet has been a little crushed too. I have not tried washing.
Made in the USA. probably from the 80s or 90s. Pleated neckline.
