For your consideration is this glorious single-strand Matinee length necklace and matching earrings produced in Hong Kong during the 1950s. I call this set the "Godlen Splendor" due to the Lovely golden metal filigree beads. All beads are lucite with a metallic filigree piece over them. It is secured with a decorative box clasp. The back of the clasp reads "Hong Kong". The necklace will fit up to an 21 inch neck. Each bead measures 11 mm in diameter whilst the clasp measures 18 mm in diameter. The matching earrings are comprised of three filigree beads with small golden beads imbedded around them. They measure 20mm in diameter, are clip-on and have paddle-backs. They are marked "Hong Kong" as well. Great pieces of mid-century goodness!!
