We are not experts and not 100% certain but we believe it to be Shibata Toki hand painted from Japan. Shibata was manufacturer which began producing in 1948 and distributed by Wony Ltd (japan)
In excellent, gently used condition. No signs of chips or cracks that are visible. No heavy scratches on the interior. Bright vibrant colors with no heavy fading. Selling AS-IS.
