While gaining notoriety working with Warner Bros., Reprise Records, Upper Playground, Hurley International, RIDE snowboards, Definitive Jux records, and artwork for the band The Used, Alex has been able to focus attention on developing his personal fine art career. Awful ] Homesick, Pardee's first book, contains illustrations, photos, fine artwork, and chronicles several collaborations Pardee has had with Craola, Sam Keith, and Dr X. In keeping with Pardee's intent to create his perfect notebook, the first pages of the book are designed to evoke yellow lined paper.
