This is a large and very heavy measuring 12 inches tall, 15 inches at its widest point and the diameter at the top from rim to rim is 14.5 inches. A large hand-painted Chinese porcelain fish bowl featuring detailed koi carp swimming among aquatic plants inside the basin. The exterior is richly decorated in Famille Rose palette with Geishas in courtly scene, floral medallions, birds and gilded details. The rim is adorned with continuous floral motifs framed with gold highlights. A red reign mark is present on the base.
