T&V Limoges Holly Berry Pattern Red Green & Gold
Dinner Plate Circa 1892-1907. Gorgeous near mi y condition, antique French porcelain dinner plate. Decorated in the Holly pattern pattern with red holly berries over a green and white background. With gold gilding along the edge and gold gilt leaves around the center. Marked on the bottom in green T & V France. This mark was used by Tressemann & Vogt in Limoges France between 1892 and 1907. Also has a red mark for Ovington Brothers New York.Has. Free of any chips or cracks. Even the gold guilding is in excellent condition, as many pieces of this age show signs of love, this shows signs of preservation. Just beautiful! Add to your holiday decor or as part of a special dinner set. This plate measures about 8.25 inches.
