This is an antique or vintage hand-painted Japanese Geisha Girl porcelain plate.
Scene features a traditional Japanese landscape with ladies / geisha figures, a temple, and Mount Fuji in the background.
It has a lightly scalloped, gilded edge and is likely from the early 20th century, possibly dating to the Nippon era (pre-1921) or later.
