Comes with electric cord.
The outside of the box is very dirty and shows wear but the inside is new and mint. The white Styrofoam is dirty from being stored in garage.
Never opened. Still sealed in original plastic wrapping. Sealed with tape. My grandmother bought tons of these department 56 village pieces and never opened or displayed. She didn't have a place to put them so they stay in storage. I found in her garage. Please see photos. I do use recycled packaging when shipping.
