Vintage nylon pettipants. Green & orange polka dots with a scalloped edge around the leg. I don't believe these were ever worn, but they have no tags. Size 5. Flat measurements are:
Waist: 9.5" unstretched. Will stretch to about 15"
Hips: 15.5"
Length: 17.5"
Inseam: 3"- 3.5" depending on where you measure it to on the scallop
Leg opening: 8"
There is a fair bit of stretch in the waist, but the fabric doesn't have stretch. So keep these pretty true to your measurements.
