This dress by the brand Scarlett is pretty much the most quintessentially whimsigoth 90s look I expect to ever come across!
Do plan to handwash this piece as the purple from the Skirt will bleed in the wash. I would was in a sink and do the Skirt at one time and use separate water to wash the top half.
