The barrel material is fine wood, specifically 【Mulberry】.

Mulberry is one of Japan's finest woods, known for its beautiful grain and color. It is a poor conductor of heat, and is often used for teacups, tea utensils, floor pillars, chests of drawers, musical instruments, and carving materials. This pen uses wood from a mulberry tree that was felled nearby. You can enjoy the beautiful amber color that develops over time with use.

The pen is polished with 10 grades of sandpaper and finished with finishing oil and carnauba wax to achieve a superb shine, allowing you to enjoy the texture and aging of the wood.

To highlight the wood grain, this pen is finished with an incredibly thick, extra-large design. It's a popular "fat" type.

This is an original, one-of-a-kind ballpoint pen with a unique barrel diameter and color pattern. The polished surface has a stunning and attractive luster.
