The suncatcher is in the shape of a vintage kisslock purse with the top "frame" piece decorated with flowers & jewels
It hangs by an attached chain which is the "strap" of the handbag
The bottom of the piece has a beaded fringe
A small metal oval tag embossed with AMIA hangs on one side
The flowers on the front are enhanced with a raised textured material
An AMIA sticker indicating the piece is hand painted and made in China
It measures approx. 12"X7"X0.25" including the fringe
Preowned the piece is in remarkable condition. No breaks or chips in the glass but there are a few very small chips in the paint only along the outer border. (See example in picture 11). With the sun shining through, the piece is just stunning, though it is difficult to capture in pictures.
