Gently used vintage condition: Please note: there is appox 2" of damage to the velvet at the very bottom of the dress (see image with tape measure). The dress measures 56" from shoulder to hem, if you are not super tall this dress will likely need hemming and the damage spot will either be cut off or folded in the new hem.
