Plaques are new old stock on original cardboard cards, but have heavy shelf wear due to lack of plastic protectors. Plaques have heavy wear, scuffing, scratches, and marks. Cardboard backings have heavy wear, staining, and bending, and some have pieces torn off. Sold as is. Plaques measure approximately 4.25" long by 2" wide. See photos for more detail.
