Includes the canopy, tv, ice cream boxes in freezer, dishwasher basket, clip for placing doll in elevator
Good condition - it could use additional cleaning due to being open stored in a garage (I cleaned it but would suggest a deeper clean to make it sparkly again)
Will have to disassemble it to ship*
