For sale is a rare 1990 Butcher #1 in a CGC 8.5. Looking over this comic, I can see no reason for it to be an 8.5 which leads me to believe it's because it was not pressed or cleaned. There are no grader notes.
A 9.8 of this book reaches over $300 and this might just do that with a little CPR . Still a rare book regardless and hard to find in a high grade.
