This listing is for a Momento Magico Smeraldo fountain pen by Leonardo Officina Italiana. It has a 14K gold EF elastic nib in silver color. The metal trim parts are silver.
This is a piston filler with an ink capacity of 1.5ml. It writes beautifully and the color is so pretty as it catches the light. It looks like flowing water. It doesn't have any flaws that I can see visually.
The nib is springy and writes pretty wet. I haven't experienced any hard starts.
I considered selling this pen 6 months ago but couldn't part with it. I gave myself a 6-month timeline to see how much I used it. It turns out I only used it once in 6 months. I reach for my Sailor PGS instead, so it's time to part ways with this beauty.
This pen is for someone who loves a springy, bouncy feeling nib and eye-catching resin.
The pen has been cleaned and is ready for use. It does not come in original packaging but I will be sure to package it safely.
