Found it my mother's closet - age & provenance unknown. My mother came to the USA from England in the 1950's.
She travelled the world. Pictures do not do this dress justice - it is stunning! Black dress with abstract print in white & yellow with self tie belt; Polyester; Shoulder pads; Elastic waist; Pleated skirt; Blouson style; Sleeves have button cuffs and hit above elbow; Button back.
