For both cats The 2nd from my collection of GOEBEL SIAMESE CATS. This seems in VGC and I can't find any obvious chips or crazing. It has the markings CK 12B on the base which I understand means it's made between 1940 and 1959. I have another one listed as seen on last photo and I could post together if both are purchased to save on postage.
